In our on-going attempt to maintain optimal class sizes at each of our four elementary schools, to ensure a maximum learning environment for each student, and to be fiscally responsible, the School Town of Highland implemented a transfer policy within the school district. It is important that parents read and understand the transfer procedures. Registering your kindergartener or student(s) new to the district early is important, as is making sure you re-register your child every year.
