Board Policy 5630.01 Use of Seclusion and Restraint with Students states:

The school board shall adopt a restraint and seclusion plan as developed by the Superintendent and/or Superintendent’s designee. This policy and the corporation’s plan shall be made available to all parents whose children are enrolled in the School.
